Dark Day for Donnybrook Shire Ratepayers

Council Voted 6-2 to Borrow $3.5 million

$500,000 more than budgeted

To release Tender Documents for a $9.7 million Football facility.

This decision was a Reckless and Irresponsible use of Ratepayer’s Money.

• No Feasibility study.
• No business plans.
• No Governance model.
• No detailed 3D design or Elevation drawings.
• No tender documents have been seen by councillors.
• No clear design intent, 2 Story or Single Story.
• No Proper community consultation.
• No respect for the $8,000 Anna Dixon report, which is suggesting it may be a white elephant.
